December - Moveable Feast

December Flyer.png

Join us from 5pm-8pm on Thursday, Dec. 21 as we volunteer in the kitchen at Moveable Feast in East Baltimore. Volunteering in the kitchen puts you right in the middle of the core mission of Moveable Feast, which is to provide nutritious, medically tailored foods to preserve quality of life for Marylanders with HIV/AIDS and other life-threatening illnesses. During this time, we will help with food preparation and meal packaging. Your hands will help prepare meals that save lives. Click here to sign up for this event!

Moveable Feast is the only nonprofit in Maryland that provides home-delivered medically tailored meals for free to those with serious medical illnesses. Their clientele includes individuals who have critical, life-threatening illnesses that prevents them from accessing, affording or limits their ability to prepare well-balanced meals to help them fight their diseases. In 2016, Moveable Feast delivered a total of 815,313 meals to over 5,060 clients across the state.
