Join us as we bake cookies, share laughs and hang out with families of children receiving treatment at the world-renowned, Johns Hopkins Children Center from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. on Sat., June 30. This event will be completely hands on so please wear comfortable clothes, closed toe shoes, sunblock, and most importantly an awesome attitude because like always we plan to have fun while we serve!

Join Culturacity from 5pm-7pm on Saturday, March 24 for a Heels Workshop with @Shanellaaaa! In celebration of Women's History Month, we are going with a "no boys allowed" theme to give women in the DMV a safe space to explore our inner goddesses and exuding nothing but confidence and sexiness. Please bring your favorite pair of heels and join the fun!
To keep this event a safe space, the location will be undisclosed and the private location will be sent to attendees closer to the date, so pay close attention to your emails :). For travel purposes, the event will be 20-minutes from downtown Baltimore. Admission is free, but please consider bringing feminine hygiene products that will be donated to Sarah's Hope.
Join Culturacity on Saturday, February 24th, from 11:30 am to 12:40 pm at the American Academy of Martial Arts for a kickboxing class on us. We want to encourage everyone to be active as February is American Heart Month. We will also be collecting multicultural children's books during this time to give to a local nonprofit in the DMV area.
The Capital Area Food Bank's mission is to create access to good, healthy food in every community. They believe that access to nutritious food is a basic right, and unfortunately, many of our neighbors who live in the D.C. and Baltimore Metro Area live in food dessert communities. Join us from 12:30 pm to 4 pm on Sat., Jan. 27 as we help sort and pack food at their distribution center that will ultimately help residents in need. Join us from 5pm-8pm on Thursday, Dec. 21 as we volunteer in the kitchen at Moveable Feast in East Baltimore. Volunteering in the kitchen puts you right in the middle of the core mission of Moveable Feast, which is to provide nutritious, medically tailored foods to preserve quality of life for Marylanders with HIV/AIDS and other life-threatening illnesses. During this time, we will help with food preparation and meal packaging. Your hands will help prepare meals that save lives. Click here to sign up for this event!
Moveable Feast is the only nonprofit in Maryland that provides home-delivered medically tailored meals for free to those with serious medical illnesses. Their clientele includes individuals who have critical, life-threatening illnesses that prevents them from accessing, affording or limits their ability to prepare well-balanced meals to help them fight their diseases. In 2016, Moveable Feast delivered a total of 815,313 meals to over 5,060 clients across the state.
Join us from 7pm - 10pm at Sangria Patio Bar for Culturacity's Kick-off event and Thanksgiving Basket Drive. We will have games, guest speakers, networking, extended happy hour and more! Throughout the night, we are collecting items for Thanksgiving Baskets to benefit Paul's Place, a non-profit that has complete wrap around services to improve the quality of life in Southwest Baltimore Communities.
On Sunday, Oct 22nd, Culturacity walked with more than 5,000 people and helped raise over $301,102 towards breast cancer research and services.
